Terms of service

The English version of these policies is the official version for purchases, billing, and payment processing.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LicScript Softwares (“LicScript”, “we”, “us”) for use of https://licscript.com, related LicScript websites, invoices, checkout pages, and the software products and professional services we sell.

By browsing this site, creating an order, paying an invoice, downloading a license, or asking us to start work, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy, and our Refund policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.

If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

1. Merchant information

We are a software and infrastructure business operating from Rajshahi, Bangladesh. We sell digital products and remote professional services worldwide.

Product-specific storefronts we operate or link to (including VPNBilling, VeloTun, and SmartRoute) may have additional license terms. Those product terms apply to that product in addition to these Terms. If they conflict on a product-only issue (license seats, panel limits, product refunds), the terms shown at checkout for that product control for that purchase.

2. What we sell

LicScript sells:

• Software licenses — self-hosted or licensed platforms such as VPN billing panels, VPN management panels, firewalls, path-analysis tools, and AI operations software.
• Managed / hosted subscriptions — we host and maintain a product for you for a recurring fee.
• Custom engineering — software development, Linux, networking, security, automation, and related professional services, usually under a written quote, invoice, or statement of work.
• Support and retainers — ongoing operational or development assistance.

We do not sell physical goods that require shipping. Delivery is digital (license keys, download links, account access, or remote work).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract. Our products and services are intended for businesses, operators, and adult professionals. You are responsible for complying with export, sanctions, and local laws in the place you use the software.

4. Accounts, orders, and accuracy

You must provide accurate name, email, billing, and (where relevant) domain or server details. You are responsible for keeping license keys, panel logins, and invoices confidential. Orders are offers to buy; a contract is formed when we accept the order by taking payment, issuing a license, sending an invoice marked paid, or starting agreed work.

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse an order if we suspect fraud, sanctions issues, abuse, chargeback risk, or a prohibited use.

5. Pricing, taxes, and currency

Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless another currency is stated at checkout. Published starting prices on our Pricing page are informational and may change. The price due is the amount displayed on the invoice or checkout page at the time you pay, plus any stated tax or processor fee.

You are responsible for VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding, or similar taxes in your jurisdiction unless we have expressly collected them as a line item. We do not add hidden fees after checkout. Currency conversion, card issuer fees, and crypto network fees charged by your bank or wallet are yours.

6. Payment

We accept payment through third-party processors (for example card networks via a processor, PayPal, and cryptocurrency processors). We do not store full payment card numbers on LicScript servers. Card and wallet data is handled by the processor under their own terms and PCI-DSS (or equivalent) obligations.

Payment is due as stated on the invoice or checkout page. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Failed renewal payments may result in suspension of hosted access. Unpaid invoices for professional services may pause work.

You authorize us and our processors to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including permitted renewals, until you cancel according to these Terms.

7. Delivery and fulfillment

Digital licenses and access are typically delivered by email and/or to the account associated with your order after payment is confirmed. Delivery is usually immediate to two business days after cleared payment. Custom engineering is delivered according to the agreed milestones.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and, for self-hosted software, a suitable server. Delay caused by unpaid invoices, incorrect domain data, or your infrastructure is not a delivery failure by LicScript.

Risk in a digital license passes when we send the key, download link, or access credentials to the email or account you provided.

8. Subscriptions and cancellation

Managed hosting and other subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless we notify you of a change. You may cancel renewal by emailing [email protected] before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not by itself refund the current period. See the Refund policy.

9. Software licenses

Unless a product’s checkout terms say otherwise, a self-hosted license is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software for your internal business operations, within the seat, domain, server, or user limits you purchased. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the source or binaries except as that product’s license expressly allows.

We may use license checks or domain binding to enforce limits. Circumventing license controls is a material breach and may result in termination without refund.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use LicScript sites, products, or services to:

• break the law, including fraud, unauthorized access, or distribution of malware;
• attack, scan, or overload systems you do not own or have permission to test;
• send spam or operate botnets;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• process payments for goods or services we have not agreed to sell;
• misrepresent your identity or the origin of traffic in a way that harms third parties.

VPN, firewall, and network tools are sold for legitimate business and personal security. You are solely responsible for how you use them and for any end-user content on systems you operate.

11. Custom engineering

Quotes, statements of work, and invoices describe the scope. Changes in scope may change price and timeline. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and methods. Upon full payment, you receive the license or assignment described in the statement of work for deliverables created specifically for you. Until invoices are paid, we may withhold delivery and reuse unpublished work.

12. Support

Support duration and channels (email, tickets, chat) follow the plan you purchased. Support does not include unlimited custom development unless that is in the plan. We may decline to support modified or pirated copies.

13. Intellectual property

The LicScript name, logos, site design, documentation, and software (except open-source components under their own licenses) are owned by LicScript or its licensors. You may not copy our marketing site or brand assets for commercial use without written permission. Short quotations with attribution are allowed.

14. Third-party services

Checkout, hosting, DNS, email, and analytics providers are independent. Their outages or policies are outside our control. Links to other sites are not endorsements.

15. Warranties

The website and, except as required by mandatory law, the software and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free code, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do warrant that we have the right to grant the licenses we sell and that paid custom work will be performed with reasonable professional care.

You are responsible for backups, testing, and whether a product fits your legal, technical, and compliance needs.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LicScript and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for a claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific product or service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. For use of the public website with no purchase, our total liability is limited to fifty US dollars (USD 50).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places we limit liability to the fullest extent allowed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, fraud).

17. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify LicScript against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the products, your end users, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

18. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a billing problem, email [email protected] before opening a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of licenses and hosted access while we respond to the processor. We may submit delivery evidence (invoice, email logs, license activation, Git or ticket records) to the payment provider.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach, fraud, or legal risk. You may stop using the site at any time. Surviving sections include payment obligations already incurred, IP, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you a non-waivable right to sue locally. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Before filing a claim, you agree to email us and wait thirty (30) days to attempt an informal resolution.

21. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. Material changes apply to new purchases immediately. For existing subscriptions, they apply from the next renewal after posting, unless the law requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance where allowed.
